Greetings to all of us.

I am Dr. Ir. Erni Yuniarti, S.T., M.Si., as the Head of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Tanjungpura University. With great pride, I would like to introduce the Department of Urban and Regional Planning which has a vision to become a center of excellence in education, research, and development of science and technology (IPTEK) in the field of urban and regional planning. We are committed to making this study program one of the leading in Kalimantan, with insights that are able to compete at the national and international levels, while remaining grounded in local wisdom and sustainable development principles.

Tanjungpura University Urban and Regional Planning Study Program has two main Field of Expertise Groups, namely: 

1. Regional and Rural Planning Research Group, and 

2. Urban Planning and Design Research Group.

Through collaboration in these two groups, we continue to strive to develop creative and innovative ideas that can have a positive impact, both in the academic environment and in the wider community.

I invite all of us to jointly make the Urban and Regional Planning Study Program an inspiring place, full of creativity, and always innovating. With the spirit of togetherness and hard work, I am sure that we will be able to produce excellent graduates who are ready to make a real contribution to sustainable development, especially in West Kalimantan and more broadly at the national and global levels.
